Description of Activity 1 – Project Management
The activity includes good project implementation, financial management and control, internal monitoring. The organization and management of the project will be carried out by an established project management team, which includes: project manager, coordinator, financial expert and technical collaborator. In order to achieve the expected goals, results and benefits, fundamental principles in organizing and managing the project will be: optimal use of available human resources; clearly defined rules and order for communication and reporting; limiting the risks to the successful implementation of the project; clear structuring and distribution of project implementation tasks over time; clearly distinguishing the functions and responsibilities of each team member; equality, coordination and partnership between all participants in project management. To ensure compliance with these principles and with the aim of quality, within the set time and financial parameters, the implementation of the project after its launch, the team will: become familiar with the conditions and applicable procedures for the implementation of the project; will become familiar with the definition of irregularity, as well as the rules for reporting and reporting irregularities; will adopt a detailed plan for the implementation of the project with its adaptation to real dates and a clear distribution of the specific tasks of each team member in time; will accept the developed descriptions of duties, responsibilities and organizational relationships for each position in the project team; will discuss the public procurement schedule and the existing risks for its implementation; will ensure compliance with the provisions of current legislation relating to project management and implementation, public procurement and equal opportunities; full transparency and traceability of the activities carried out under the project and the costs incurred will be ensured.
